World of Redemption

In 1899, modernity clashes with the fading Wild West. Industry and law meet untamed lands influenced by deep-seated sexism and racism. Towns evolve, yet dangers and old superstitions persist. Progress contrasts with folklore. Diverse landscapes reflect social inequalities and contested resources. Industrial growth offers opportunity but also exploitation, straining a prejudiced society. Life is harsh; the beautiful land demands resilience, often tested by societal biases and ingrained beliefs.

Description

A semi-private, smaller game room off the main saloon, dedicated to high-stakes poker where serious gamblers gather in intense, quiet focus to win or lose fortunes.

Appearance

The room features richer decor with a large felt-topped poker table under a bright hanging oil lamp that casts shadows on players' faces. Dark patterned carpet muffles sound, and dark flocked wallpaper covers the walls. Six upholstered chairs surround the table, with a small side table holding an ashtray and a bottle of fine whiskey. A decorative fireplace adds warmth and ambiance.
