Description
The main public entrance to City Hall, designed to impress visitors and project the power and prosperity of Saint Denis. It provides access to various municipal departments.
Appearance
A top-down view of a massive foyer with a polished marble tile floor. In the center, a large circular city crest is inlaid in the marble. Two grand staircases on the left and right sweep upwards to a second-floor balcony. Between the staircases, against the back wall, a long dark mahogany information desk stands. Tall potted palm plants in ornate planters decorate near the walls.
