Lemoyne is a lively region celebrated for its warm climate, where open meadows meet the intrigue of dense swamps. It is divided into three distinct areas: the vibrant Scarlett Meadows, the shadowy Bayou Nwa, and the serene Bluewater Marsh. To the north, it borders New Hanover, while the scenic Flat Iron Lake lies to the west, and the twisting Lannahechee River flows along the east and south, forming a natural barrier that enhances the charm of this varied landscape. Nearby, the ominous Sisika Penitentiary looms, casting a dark shadow over the otherwise peaceful beauty of Lemoyne. Within this land, the Lemoyne Raiders emerge as a large faction of bushwhackers composed of former Confederate soldiers and staunchly reactionary young men. Still reeling from the South's loss in the American Civil War, they launch campaigns of terror primarily in Rhodes and, to a lesser extent, Saint Denis, mostly targeting northerners and Lemoyne politicians.
