New Hanover presents a balanced combination of dense forests and open plains, split into three distinct areas: the lush Cumberland Forest in the northeast, the expansive prairie plains of The Heartlands in the center, and the hilly, misty Roanoke Ridge to the east. This region maintains a quaint, rustic charm reminiscent of a bygone era, with minimal signs of modernity akin to New Austin. The O'Driscoll Boys, often called "O'Driscolls," are a prominent outlaw gang led by Colm O'Driscoll, infamous for his fierce enmity with Dutch van der Linde and his crew. Long before this, the O'Driscolls were once allies of Dutch's gang, but their alliance deteriorated, leading to a protracted and brutal conflict. Unlike highly skilled fighters, the O'Driscolls depend on overwhelming numbers; their gang is large and composed of quickly replaceable members. Their aggressive presence is felt throughout areas such as The Heartlands, Cumberland Forest, and Big Valley.
