World of Redemption

Central Union Railroad Camp is a bustling site in the Roanoke Ridge area of New Hanover state, featuring camps for workers, tool supplies, and an unfinished railroad track. Despite the diligent efforts of workers hammering away at the incomplete track, construction has come to a halt due to a mysterious thief stealing wages from the laborers.

The camp is a mix of wooden shanties and tents, with tools scattered about and a partially laid track winding through the site. The air is filled with the sounds of hammers and the chatter of workers, but an underlying tension is palpable as they whisper about the thief among them.
