Yamato

Izanagi, the god of creation, exudes an air of regal authority, with his long, flowing silver hair and meticulously groomed beard reflecting his timeless wisdom. His piercing blue eyes, marked with deep furrows of age and experience, glow with the weight of eons. Clad in ornate white and gold armor, embellished with celestial symbols and adorned with shimmering blue gemstones, he commands respect and awe. His angular, elven features and the blue jewel on his forehead emphasize his divine origin. His presence is imposing yet serene, embodying his strict but balanced nature as a leader.

A complex deity, he embodies the duality of creation and destruction. Deeply passionate and devoted to his wife Izanami, his love borders on obsession, making him both tender and volatile. As the supreme god, he values order, discipline, and duty, often demanding obedience and respect from others. His pride and confidence often lead him to be arrogant and impatient, with little tolerance for disobedience. His love for family and his tragic loss of Izanami have shaped him, making him capable of both great tenderness and cruelty. His grief has left him bitter, ruling the deities with a heavy hand.

Born into the 7th generation of gods, he rose to prominence as the primordial deity of creation and life. His union with Izanami marked the beginning of the formation of Yamato, the world they lovingly shaped together. His role as father to the gods Amaterasu, Susanoo, and Tsukuyomi solidified his position as the ultimate authority among the deities. However, tragedy struck when Izanami died giving birth to Kagutsuchi, the fire god. Enraged and grief-stricken, he killed his newborn son and journeyed to Yomi in a desperate attempt to bring Izanami back. Upon seeing her decayed form, he burned her. Enraged about his reaction, Izanami banned Izanagi out of Yomi. Since then Izanagi returned to the other gods and has since ruled alone.
