Description

The Kasa-Obake is a cursed umbrella spirit, brought to life by grief and sorrow. It flits about in shadows, its fabric skin tattered and torn, and emits a low, mournful hum that can chill the heart of any who hear it. When angered, it may transform into a fearsome apparition, revealing ghostly eyes beneath its covering, embodying the grieving spirit it represents. Legends say when it appears, rain follows, as its sorrowful cries echo in the wind.

Sorrowful Grasp

Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) necrotic damage and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have its maximum hit points reduced by the necrotic damage taken until it finishes a long rest.
