Here, family leaders convene to discuss essential matters such as laws, trade agreements, marriage arrangements, and conflict resolutions. The chamber is also responsible for all bureaucratic processes, including the issuance of marriage and birth certificates and managing tax services, making it a bustling center of governance.

An expansive, ornate hall with high ceilings adorned with intricate carvings of serpents and sacred symbols, large windows letting in shafts of light illuminating the center stage, and richly decorated tatami mats on the floor.
