Vicko is bombastic and funny, always eager to make a sale and proud of his craftsmanship. He treats his weapons like children, naming and polishing them daily, and is fiercely loyal to those he respects. He is a bit of a storyteller, prone to exaggeration, but his heart is in the right place.

Vicko Sandtoes is a retired level 2 Fighter (Champion) and a Lightfoot Halfling who has made a name for himself as an armorer and exotic weapons dealer in Zuarezport. At 46 years old, he runs a cluttered but well-organized market stall filled with blades, spears, battered breastplates, and strange weapons from far-off ports. Vicko is bombastic, funny, and prone to over-selling, treating his weapons like children by naming and polishing them daily. Fiercely proud of his craft, he refuses to sell soulless junk. He claims to have once outboxed a lizard the size of a house, though no one believes him. Vicko fought alongside Marla Coldbrew in the Stormbreak War and is fiercely loyal to her. Recently, he suspects someone is stealing enchanted gear from his hidden supply room and seeks adventurers to investigate. He also possesses a strange, rune-carved helmet given by a shipwrecked sailor, which is cold to the touch and resists identification, making him too scared to wear it.
