Kingdom of Confusion

A tall, thin man with elongated facial features and quick movements. He has short white hair with two tufts sticking up and striking scarlet eyes that often appear wary. Rab is always elegantly dressed in a long white coat with silver buttons, gloves, and a pocket watch on a chain. He has a habit of frequently opening his pocket watch and looking at the dial.

Rab is the embodiment of external elegance and constant internal tension, always on guard and in control. He is punctual, often sarcastic or ironic, and tends to assume the worst-case scenario when planning. His dry, detached voice quickens when he is excited, reflecting his organized chaos.

Once an ordinary civil servant, Rab White encountered the supernatural and joined the Bureau of Paranormal Supernatural Control and Investigation (B.P.S.C.I.) to confront his fears. Now, he serves as the Operations Coordinator, overseeing missions and ensuring the universe remains intact, driven by a belief that he cannot afford to make mistakes.
