He often has a cigarette in one hand and a drink in the other.

Incredibly charismatic and energetic, Medard is a master of manipulation who enjoys playing with others' perceptionsbut, not because of evil intentions, but simply because he likes to "play games". He can shift from frivolous to threateningly calm in an instant, always smiling even when discussing dark topics, which unnerves those around him. Some call him crazy, but he never acts without a purpose. He knows more than he says. He often speaks in riddles, sometimes expressing the truth wrapped in absurdity. Medard is an element that no one can tame. You can love him or fear him, but you can't ignore him.

Once an ordinary hat maker, Medard Hatter encountered a supernatural evil that sought to subjugate his will. Escaping its grasp, he learned to manipulate minds and joined the Bureau, where he now creates gadgets that blur the line between science and madness.
