Ironic, cunning, and completely unpredictable, Keith embodies chaos and plays by his own rules. He can be both gentle and dangerous, offering compliments that may also serve as mockery, and his advice often requires time to fully understand.

Once an adviser to a high-ranking official, Keith grew bored of the constraints of loyalty and left to pursue his own chaotic interests. Now, he appears at pivotal moments to offer cryptic advice to the Bureau or propose a new case to investigate. No one knows why he helps the Bureau, and no one knows his goals and motivations. He appears and disappears whenever he pleases, even among the Bureau team no one knows where he goes in his free time.
