Actions

Icy Breath

The Snow Dragon exhales a blast of freezing wind in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw, taking 70 (20d6) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Snowstorm

The Snow Dragon creates a magical snowstorm in a 60-foot radius centered on itself for 1 minute. The area is heavily obscured, and creatures in the area must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw at the start of their turn or take 14 (4d6) cold damage.

Wing Attack

The Snow Dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 15 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw or take 15 (2d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
