The Heart of Fire serves as the commanding palace of the dragonborn chieftains, showcasing their might and heritage. Carved into the base of a volcanic mountain, this massive complex is illuminated by the glow of flowing lava embedded in its walls, creating a mesmerizing display of pulsating fire. The air is thick with heat, and the ambiance is one of power and intimidation, ideal for the fierce dragonborn who reside within. The architecture symbolizes the power of the dragonborn: massive stone arches, carved columns with images of dragons. In the center of the palace is a huge throne room with a ceiling so high that it is lost in the haze. Streams of lava flow along the walls, illuminating the space with a menacing reddish light. The floor is made of polished black obsidian with gold veins, which reflects the fiery reflections. The chieftain usually sits on a throne made of bones and decorated with rubies.
