This vast complex features a blend of classical gnome architecture and advanced steam technology, with tall towers adorned with rotating astrolabes and lightning rods that harness the power of storms.

The Academy boasts enormous bronze gates that open into a grand courtyard, dominated by a translucent quartz dome housing a massive mechanical clock.
