Description

The chapel is a sacred space dedicated to Efferd, the god of waters, and is centered around an altar that depicts Efferd as the Lord of Springs. The altar is surrounded by incense burners and offerings, including shells, crayfish, Gwen Petryl, and chalices with wine and water. A statue of Sankta Elida of Salza, the saint of Efferd who fights against the Nameless and is a protector of purity, stands in the chapel. She is depicted fighting a two-headed lizard (one head being a lizard and the other a horned lizard). The chapel, altar, and the various depictions within it are simply consecrated to Efferd, the god of water, purification, and healing.
