The world of Paragon

D
Drego

A world teeaming with nature, magic and freedom.

Author's Note: I am new to dnd stuff, and this is my first world so I decided to make it a blank slate where you can use your own locations, characters and monsters for any campaign you had prepared, so all I ask is for you to use this world as much as possible so that I can get some credits from time to time.

Description

Leaser is a cunning, ape-like creature that thrives in dense jungles and dark cavern systems. It has evolved a relentless appetite for mischief, often tricking travelers or adventurers into deadly traps while pilfering their possessions. In battle, it displays an uncanny agility, swinging from branch to branch, making it a challenging foe to pin down.

Actions

Mischief Maker

The Leaser uses its agility to create a distraction, forcing a creature within 30 feet to make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target is charmed until the end of its next turn.

Swinging Strike

The Leaser makes a melee attack with its claws. On a hit, it deals 2d8 + 4 slashing damage and can immediately move up to 20 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.

The Great Escape

If the Leaser is grappled or restrained, it can use its action to make a DC 17 Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. On a success, it escapes and can move up to its movement speed.
