Description
On the northern side of Boar’s Root, nestled beside the river, stands the old grain mill, its large wooden blades slowly turning in the breeze. The steady hum of the millstone grinding wheat and barley fills the air, sending the aroma of fresh flour throughout the village. The mill is an essential part of Boar’s Root’s livelihood, producing flour that is shipped to towns and cities beyond. A small team of millers works diligently inside, overseeing the operation, while sacks of flour are stacked high awaiting transport across the wooden bridge and out of the village.
