Chilling Aura

All creatures within 10 feet of the Cold-Flame Atronach must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 2d6 cold damage and have their movement speed halved until the end of their next turn.

Frozen Flame Shard

The Cold-Flame Atronach launches a shard of frozen flame at a target within 60 feet, dealing 3d8 cold damage and reducing the target's speed by 10 feet until the end of its next turn.
