With towering office buildings, corporate headquarters, banks, and a variety of upscale shops and restaurants, it caters to the wealthier citizens and professionals. However, the atmosphere is thick with tension and danger, as organized crime and gang activity lurk in the shadows, making this vibrant district a place of both vitality and peril.
