Lira Valenwood was born in the small border village, a settlement founded by women who fled male-dominated rule generations ago. Lira grew up immersed in the resistance against patriarchal rule. As a child, she learned to hunt in the deep woods and developed an affinity for nature. She admired the tales of fierce women overthrowing tyrannical men and dreamed of playing her part in toppling male rulers. At the age of 14, she was taken under the wing of an the Elven Matriarchy, where she spent several years honing her tracking, archery, and survival skills in the ancient forests. Upon returning to her home village, Lira was ready to fight in the shadows—using her cunning, beauty, and deadly precision to strike fear into the hearts of males.
