Description
Noxian Prime Palace is the heart of a sprawling metropolis that serves as the capital world of the Noxian Empire. It is a bastion of power, housing the Imperial Palace where the Emperor resides along with the High Council. The imposing structure rises majestically amidst high-tech cityscapes, surrounded by advanced defense systems and mercenary patrols, establishing it as the most heavily guarded planet in the whole system.
