To the average passerby, the shop sells small curiosities, common trinkets, and basic goods. However, for those in the know, The Hidden Coin is a front for Jarin’s smuggling operation and serves as a fence for stolen or rare goods. The interior of the shop is cramped and dimly lit, with shelves stacked high with various oddities, ranging from mundane items like old coins and jewelry to rare, unmarked artifacts of unknown origin. A trapdoor behind the counter leads to a hidden basement where Jarin stores his more valuable contraband, far away from the prying eyes of city guards.
