Once a sprawling and prosperous metropolis, Ashenfall Megacity is now a decaying ruin of its former self. Before the collapse, it was a major industrial and technological hub, home to millions. Now, towering skyscrapers stand as hollowed-out skeletons, their glass shattered and metal frames twisted from fires and explosions. Nature has begun reclaiming the city—vines creep up the sides of buildings, and trees sprout from cracked highways. The streets are littered with rusted vehicles, collapsed bridges, and makeshift barricades left by those who fought to survive in the early days of the apocalypse. Various factions have carved out territories within the city, turning old landmarks into fortresses, supply depots, and battlefields.
