Description
Blackwater is an emerging port town located on the banks of Flat Iron Lake in the Great Plains, serving as the state capital of West Elizabeth. It is rapidly industrializing and ranks as the second-largest settlement in the region, right behind Saint-Denis. The town has seen an influx of new businesses, residents, and visitors due to its lucrative lumber and mining operations in the nearby plains. However, it's also infamous for the violent gunfight known as 'The Blackwater Massacre' that took place in 1899.
