World of Redemption

In 1899, modernity clashes with the fading Wild West. Industry and law meet untamed lands influenced by deep-seated sexism and racism. Towns evolve, yet dangers and old superstitions persist. Progress contrasts with folklore. Diverse landscapes reflect social inequalities and contested resources. Industrial growth offers opportunity but also exploitation, straining a prejudiced society. Life is harsh; the beautiful land demands resilience, often tested by societal biases and ingrained beliefs.

Author's Note: Set within the world of Red Dead Redemption 2, all major characters are available. Be sure to check the World History area in the bottom right of the world map. Look for Class Loadouts in "The Closet" POI, and give yourself a copy of that inventory to start your journey. This world features working train systems, and if you @ the train system you want to use, you can then ask Franz to ride them. More information is available in the World History area. Description

Millesani Claim is a dilapidated mining structure located in the Grizzlies West region of Ambarino, nestled between Cattail Pond and Mount Hagen. Once a thriving silver mine during the 1858 Silver Rush, it fell into disrepair after the Coinage Act of 1873 rendered silver unprofitable, leading to its abandonment by the late 1870s. Now, it serves as a hideout for the notorious O'Driscoll Gang, who use its dark tunnels and hidden chambers to evade capture. Danger Level: 7/10 Primary environmental hazard: The extreme cold on Mount Hagen is constant and will rapidly drain the health of anyone not dressed in appropriate winter gear. Primary wildlife threats: Grizzly Bears and packs of Timber Wolves are common and aggressive predators in this area. Isolation: The location is remote and far from any aid, making any hostile encounter more dangerous.

Appearance

The Millesani Claim is characterized by crumbling wooden structures, rusted mining equipment, and overgrown vegetation reclaiming the land. Shadows loom in the deep tunnels, and the air is thick with the scent of damp earth and decay, creating an eerie atmosphere.
