Mittalmar, or the Inlands, serves as the heart of Númenor, combining the pastoral beauty of Emerië with the bustling life of Arandor. This oval-shaped region is characterized by rolling grasslands under a humid climate, featuring mild winters that make it a serene landscape for both farming and habitation. The majestic mountain Meneltarma, known as the Pillar of Heaven, stands proudly at its center, surrounded by the flowing waters of Númenor's two main rivers, Nunduinë and Siril, which weave through the verdant hills and valleys.
