Description
Meneltarma, also known as the Holy Mountain, is a sacred mountain. Meneltarma is the highest peak of the island. It stands at the centre of the island, geographically in the inland regions called Mittalmar. It stands three thousand feet above the surrounding plain. The base of Meneltarma slopes gently and divides itself into five roots reaching out towards the five divisions of the land. These roots are called Tarmasundar, the Roots of the Pillar, gentle grass-covered highlands.
