Hurricane's Fury (Recharge 5-6)
The Cyclone Condor can unleash a swirling windstorm in a 60-foot radius centered on itself. Creatures within this area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d10 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. The area becomes difficult terrain until the end of the Cyclone Condor's next turn.
Tornado Swipe
The Cyclone Condor makes two attacks with its talons. Each melee attack deals 2d8 + 5 slashing damage on a hit. As part of this action, the Cyclone Condor can create a small localized tornado that lifts anyone within 10 feet into the air, causing them to fall and take 2d6 falling damage.
Wind Gale
The Cyclone Condor creates a gust of wind in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Strength saving throw, taking 3d10 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Creatures that fail the saving throw are also pushed 10 feet away from the Cyclone Condor.
