Description

Tinker Town is the gnomish district of Ironforge, built after the fall of Gnomeregan to the troggs. Welcomed by the dwarves, the gnomes established their new home near the Deeprun Tram station. This area, once part of Ironforge proper, became the heart of the gnomes in exile. It now houses alchemy and engineering trainers, and serves as the seat of High Tinker Mekkatorque and his advisors. Some dwarves, like Skuerto, were displaced to make room, hinting at earlier dwarven presence. Tinker Town also attracts agents of SI:7—Mathias Shaw often recruits gnomes here, valuing their clever minds, dexterous hands, and unassuming appearance. In espionage, being underestimated is often the greatest advantage.

Appearance

The district is built around a large spherical machine with a small throne attached to it.
