Description
High Rise is the top of Thunder Bluff's central mesa and contains the home of High Chieftain Cairne Bloodhoof. Outside of the High Chieftain's quarters, Thunder Bluff's populace can witness important decisions and fateful events in an open-air auditorium. It contains a crude amphitheater around a bonfire. Professional trainers for cooking and fishing can also be found here. It connects to the middle rise and lower rise through the wind rider roost, and to Hunter Rise and Elder Rise by separate rope bridges. This is the only one of the three central rises to not contain a lift to the plains of Mulgore below.
