Description
Stormwind City Hall stands as a vital administrative hub within Cathedral Square, just east of the Cathedral of Light. Though its full range of duties remains partly veiled, it is believed to oversee the city’s architectural and demographic affairs. The Hall houses Baros Alexston, Stormwind’s chief architect, and Royal Factor Bathrilor, keeper of the census. Bathrilor is responsible for all official population records gathered over the past five years. These records are safeguarded through arcane methods, accessible only to those with keen mental discipline. City Hall also stores detailed information on Stormwind's citizens, though access is highly restricted.
