Description
The inn's name is a nod to the legend of the enchanted koi, a mystical creature said to inhabit the depths of the nearby Whispering River. According to the tale, a young fisherman named Elian stumbled upon a koi fish unlike any other. Its scales shimmered with an otherworldly glow, and its eyes held a wisdom beyond mortal comprehension. Elian, captivated by the koi's beauty and intelligence, decided to spare its life and release it back into the river.
