Description

Daphnel County stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of its founder, Daphnel, one of the Ten Elites who played a pivotal role in the War of Heroes. Daphnel's valor and leadership during this epoch were instrumental in shaping the continent's trajectory. Following the establishment of the Leicester Alliance in Imperial Year 901, Daphnel's descendants, notably House Daphnel, secured a prominent position within the Alliance's Roundtable, reflecting their significant influence in regional governance. However, internal disputes over inheritance led to a schism within the family. A faction, led by a son bearing a Major Crest of Daphnel, defected to the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus, founding House Galatea. This division resulted in House Daphnel's loss of its seat at the Roundtable, which was subsequently claimed by House Edmund.
