Kaye Tesarani arrived in Sandpoint over a decade ago, quickly establishing the Pixie’s Kitten as a well-respected brothel that prioritizes safety and fair treatment for her employees. Her shrewd business sense and charm have made the establishment a popular yet controversial fixture in town. The noble Scarnetti family has long tried to have the brothel shut down, while the Sczarni crime syndicate, led by Jubrayl Vhiski, seeks to bring it under their control. However, Kaye’s close (and romantic) relationship with Sheriff Hemlock ensures that no one dares move against her openly.
