The Indigo Instigator (originally Eira Tempestborn) is a spectral paladin consumed by chaotic fury, attuned to the indigo ray of the Prismatic Meteor. Once a voice for justice, she is now a harbinger of discord and fear, unleashing sonic blasts to shatter order and peace.
