Set fifteen years after the fall of galactic empire, the galaxy still works to rebuild itself. The new republic has been established but not every system has been willing to join. Many systems want to remain independent while others are controlled by crime lords. Two different jedi orders exist that fail to see completely eye to eye. Meanwhile the imperial remenant is still holding on like weeds. The sith are dead along with their secrets, but the dark side is still out there.

A museum that contains relics from across the galaxy. Since the fall of the empire the museum has been closed and spent the last ten years trying to undo the imperializion that originally occurred when the empire rose to power. Much work is to be done as a lot of the original museum records have been lost and the museum had become a tool of propaganda for Emperor Palpatine. There is a lot of interests involved and plenty of infighting on what is fact or fiction. Historians having heated arguments with what should remain displayed, what constitutes a neutral stance, and other such squabbles. There are many parties that have an interest in assisting its restoration, wealthy individuals and other donors all seek influence. One of the most notable being the Czerka Corperation; who has donated more credits than even the new republic itself.
A grand, sprawling complex with a mix of ancient and futuristic architecture, filled with diverse exhibits ranging from alien artifacts to imperial propaganda pieces, showing signs of ongoing restoration and debate.
