Fred is an optimistic and friendly person who believes in luck and a bright future. He is sociable and easily connects with other residents of the Wastes. Despite difficulties, he maintains a cheerful outlook and is always ready to help friends, finding joy in his dreams of success.

Backstory: Fred grew up in the Wastes, where life has always been tough, but he never loses hope for a better future. He spends much of his time in Rebecca's casino, dreaming of opening his own establishment. Rebecca, who once lent him money, symbolizes luck for him, and his dreams of wealth and stability drive him to constantly seek opportunities.
