Description
Hive Sibellus is the oldest hive city on Scintilla, sprawling over 8,000 kilometers and dominating the coastal plains. Its architecture is a chaotic blend of styles, with the spire housing the elite and the underhive serving the desperate. The city spills over black granite cliffs, with the Lucid Palace standing sentinel over the stormy seas, connected by a massive stone bridge. The society is stratified, with nobles competing for prestige through their estates and collections, while the middle and underhives struggle for survival amidst the ruins of a glorious past.
