With lifespans reaching up to four hundred years, they belong to noble families in the Navigator's Quarter of Terra, and their powers grow with age, allowing them to perceive the Astronomican's psychic light and guide Human interstellar travel.

They are seen by other Imperials as Abhuman, and are treated with distain, but not hostility

Orks are driven by a primal instinct to conquer, often forming massive warbands called WAAAGHs! Their society is hierarchical, with larger Orks dominating smaller ones, and they possess a crude culture centered around violence and might.
