Hive Tarsus is a towering hive city in the heart of Scintilla's harsh desert, characterized by its immense vertical bars and a society that values darkness and cold. The wealthiest reside in subterranean mansions, while the outer layers are plagued by extreme heat and danger, creating a stark contrast between the rich and the poor.
