Description
Sepheris Secundus is a grim, cold world of immense mineral wealth, characterized by city-sized mines and a stark divide between the elite and the masses. Its surface is marked by deep scars from mining operations and dense, snow-laden forests, with a climate of perpetual twilight and storms, making it a harsh environment for its billions of serfs and feral mutants.
