Description
The Fathomsound Mine is a vast underground basin featuring a turbulent lake, home to the impoverished Flotsam, a floating city of rafts and makeshift structures. Frequent blizzards threaten the lives of its serfs, who endure harsh conditions and illness while working in perilous underwater mines, while the barons reside in precarious mansions suspended above, enjoying a false sense of security.
