Disillusioned by the rampant injustice and the abuse of power within the ranks, he became a rogue Arbiter, seeking to deliver his own brand of justice to those who exploit the weak. Now, he roams the grimdark underbelly of Imperial worlds, a lone figure of retribution, wielding the law as both a weapon and a shield. Stretched to his last nerve, he is responsible for handling Kurg, because he doesn't trust anyone else to wrangle him.
