Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 36 (8d8) force damage and the target must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be pulled 10 feet into the Warp, taking an additional 22 (5d8) necrotic damage.
Wraithsight
The Wraithguard can see into the Warp, allowing them to detect invisible creatures and see through illusions. However, they must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw to avoid being blinded until the end of their next turn.
