The largest and most renowned dry docks in Seagull's Perch, overseen by the legendary shipwright Master Elias. Visitors can witness ships in various stages of construction, from bare keels to fully rigged galleons, and may catch a glimpse of Master Elias directing his skilled workers.

The docks are bustling with activity, featuring towering wooden scaffolds, the scent of saltwater and sawdust, and the sounds of hammers and saws. Ships of all sizes are moored, with some in the water and others on land, surrounded by tools and materials for shipbuilding.
