An imposing, muscular half-orc standing just over 6 feet tall with deep gray-green skin marked with old scars. Her black hair is tied into tight, practical braids, and she wears a mix of worn leathers and iron-plated gauntlets. Her calm, calculating eyes and warrior-like demeanor define her presence, and while she rarely smiles, when she does, it’s usually because someone’s about to regret underestimating her.

Doesn’t talk much unless it’s important. Deeply loyal once trust is earned. Judges people by actions, not words. Will absolutely take a punch to protect someone who’s earned her respect. Has a dry, biting sense of humor that surfaces only rarely.

Yagra grew up in Waterdeep, specifically the Dock Ward, scraping by as an orphan and earning her survival through street brawls and mercenary work. Eventually, she joined the Zhentarim, where she rose quickly in their ranks as a trusted enforcer and bodyguard. However, after a leadership change in the organization, things soured. The new bosses prioritized younger, less experienced muscle, and ignored her advice during a gang conflict that left three young recruits dead. When Yagra stood up to them, she was told to get out—or else. She left without flinching, but the bitterness lingers. She now works independently, offering her skills to people she deems worthy—those with vision, and more importantly, loyalty.
