She stands just under 5 feet tall, stocky and broad-shouldered, with calloused hands and aprons stained with yeast and soot. She wears smith’s leathers and carries a massive tankard hooked to her belt. Her gray eyes sparkle with mischief or judgment, depending on who’s talking.

Doesn’t mince words—blunt and honest, but not cruel. Grudges like a dwarf, drinks like a sailor, and works like a dragon. Secretly a romantic when drunk, especially about her old tavern. Loyal to the death once you’ve earned it. Thinks guilds are a scam and nobles are lazy.

Born in Mirabar and trained in Mithral Hall, Hilda earned a name for herself crafting fine ales and spiced liquors—until she made the mistake of brewing for herself, outside Guild authority. When she refused to buy their overpriced, "exclusive" ingredients, the Brewer's Guild retaliated: sabotaged shipments, fake health inspections, and eventually a forced buyout of her tavern, The Silver Stein. They took her bar, but not her fire. She’s been brewing independently ever since, swearing to never again bow to a guild.
