Yalah Gralhund is a prominent noble of House Gralhund in Waterdeep during the early 1490s DR. Alongside her husband, Orond Gralhund, she sought to elevate their family's status within the city. They allowed the Zhentarim, led by Urstul Floxin, to use their villa as a base. However, Yalah, distrusting Urstul, dispatched a nimblewright equipped with a necklace of fireballs to intercept a gnome named Dalakhar. The resulting explosion and Dalakhar's death strained their alliance with the Zhentarim. When Urstul obtained the Stone of Golorr, Yalah seized the opportunity to take it from him, exploiting his injuries. A subsequent confrontation between Gralhund guards and Zhentarim agents led to a violent skirmish within the villa. Yalah hid in her master bedroom with her bodyguard, Hrabbaz, entrusting the Stone to her nimblewright with instructions for its delivery.
