A tall, imposing male human paladin with a stern visage and piercing blue eyes. His silver-streaked hair is kept short, and he wears polished armor emblazoned with the symbol of Tyr, commanding respect and authority.

Hykros is unwavering in his commitment to justice and the rule of law. He is disciplined, principled, and expects the same from others. His orthodox views make him resistant to change, and he can be intolerant of differing interpretations of Tyrran doctrine. However, his dedication to upholding justice and his leadership within the church are unquestionable.

Hykros Allumen serves as the Hammer Lord, the high priest of the Halls of Justice in Waterdeep, as of 1372 DR. A devout follower of Tyr, the Maimed God, Hykros is a staunch advocate for law and justice in the city. He is deeply rooted in the early traditions of the Tyrran faith and believes that modern interpretations have strayed from Tyr's original teachings. Notably, Hykros rejects the southern belief that Tyr is the latest incarnation of Anachtyr, considering such views heretical. His orthodox stance leads him to be prejudiced against non-Northern followers of Tyr. He also insists on a strict separation between the roles of clerics, monks, and paladins within the church, opposing any blending of these paths. Due to these rigid beliefs, Hykros has had strained relations with groups like the Order of the Even-Handed, a monastic order that combines cleric and monk traditions. He views their practices as heretical and has distanced the Waterdeep Tyrran clergy from them.
